CHENNAI:
On the occasion of the 80th Independence Day , we have great pleasure in organising this special celebration at Kambar Colony, Anna Nagar, Chennai, in collaboration with Just Rights for Children (JRC).
The children showcased the traditional Silambam art form with great enthusiasm and pride. As part of the programme, they also took an oath to stand against child marriage, child labour, child sexual abuse and child trafficking.
This initiative is being carried out by ICWO in collaboration with Just Rights for Children (JRC) across 7 districts of Tamil Nadu, reaffirming our shared commitment to protecting children and promoting their rights.
Together let us build a safer and child-friendly India.
