CHENNAI:
1)The Madras High Court, Madurai Bench Judge , Mr.Justice.G.R.Swaminthan had fully violated the constitutional oath prescribed under Article 219 and third schedule of the Constitution and the root cause for the present law& order issues around Thiruparankundram Hills arise because of his arbitrary and illegal order.
2) Assigning duty to CISF personnel on duty for security to the High Court to any other purpose is prima facie illegal and gross abuse of judicial Power.
3) The Bar,all democratic organizations and peace loving citizens shall demand for the immediate resignation of Justice G.R.Swaminathan.
The CISF security arrangements to Madras High court campuses at Madras and Madurai has been always questionable.It is high time to replace the same with State police machinery.
We sincerely request all democratic Lawyers’ organisations,all Bar Associations to Unite and hold a demonstration outside AAVIN, Madras High Court, demanding the immediate resignation of Mr.Justice G.R . Swaminathan as he has been violating the Constitutional oath.
